Changing a video to MP4 or WebM can be done in the browser when the clip is a normal file this browser can read. Easy Video Switch is the Windows app for long videos, batches, and DVD.
Convert a clip online
- Open Online Video Converter.
- Choose one video under about 200 MB.
- If it is longer than about 15 minutes, set a start and an end that cover 15 minutes or less.
- Choose MP4 for the widest playback, or WebM if you need that container.
- Click Convert, then download and watch the result through to the end.
- If the page says this browser cannot convert the file, use Easy Video Switch. Some codecs only finish in the desktop app.
